Overall - excellent - management (Dana?) very friendly and helpful - our first time and she was always quick with advice/guidance
Property very clean but we did encounter two palmetto bugs (roaches?) - but I did not take this to mean the property was not clean. It's Florida.

Our beachfront Mecca

It started off pretty rocky with a beach renewal project going on (which we should of been notified more than 3 days before our trip) with a very large metal pipe blocking beach access right in front of the property. That got fixed within 2 days as they moved farther down the beach. The rooms were extremely nice with sliding doors to the deck/beach in the LR and also in the master BR. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Literally, you walk out your door and off your deck and you are on the beach. Some of the outdoor furniture was in very worn shape but we made it work. Be aware that you have to drag their chairs down to the beach yourself and set up their beach umbrellas. I'll definitely go back in the future.
