Our spacious three bedroom beachfront retreats offer up to 1,627 square feet of fully furnished living space, perfect for a long vacation on Anna Maria Island. Each suite offers two to three bathrooms, washer and dryer and spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private deck or balcony.

Our vacation rental interiors are professionally and artistically decorated with the perfect combination of warmth and luxury. Each suite features marble in the kitchen and bathrooms, polished pine flooring throughout, luxurious fabrics and a separate dining area. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances makes for effortless entertaining.

This three bedroom residence can accommodate 6 guests comfortably with a maximum total of 8 guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom.

Featuring historically inspired architecture and craftsmanship, professionally designed interiors, authentic pine flooring, designer fabrics and comfortable furniture. Mainsail Beach Inn units offer direct beach access, heated resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, poolside grill, private beach lounge chairs & umbrellas and bicycle rentals.

Beautiful ocean front stay

This is our second stay at Mainsail Beach Inn. Our family loves the location, style, and convenience of the property and will likely be back! You absolutely cannot beat this location, the ease of walking out your door to the beach, or the amazing AMI beaches. We love the amenities included, such as the pool and beach toys, the paddle board and kayak, and the well stocked kitchen. Our unit came with chairs and umbrella, too. The only complaint is what others note - the property could and should invest in new dining tables, chairs, and bar stools throughout. It would also be great to have TVs that offer casting but honestly I enjoyed a week without that for my kids. We missed the amazing on site property managers from our previous stay, they were very prominent and helpful during our first visit but not this time. Thanks for another beautiful week Mainsail!
Dream Beach Vacation

for a second year our family rented 3 units for 4 beautiful days. Matt and the staff made our experience absolutely flawless. The units are spotless and wonderfully appointed. Very comfortable. We plan to sign up for another fabulous stay next summer!
Disappointed

This is a beautiful location but sadly the rooms have gone down hill. The up keep is limited. My family & I stayed last year and had the same problem so they recommended a different room. When we got there it was the same issues and then some. The upholstery on the stools and chairs is disintegrating and looks awful. You cannot use the screen doors because they are all broken and off the rails. The bath was clogged and took days to correct. The garbage disposal didn't work and was backing up in the sink. The pool was not always clean and I had to skim it myself. For the prices they charge I expect much better than this. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but most of this is out of their hands.
A Staycation Getaway

The property was very spacious with room for everyone to relax. The location was close to town and to the Publix grocery store. Lots of restaurants a short drive away. The property was very well maintained with onsite management available if needed. Beach chairs and towels were provided. Absolutely beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Small problem with the balcony in that is was extremely narrow. Had to turn sideways when sitting in chairs.
Only other problem with the unit, was that the beds need to be replaced. They were so lumpy, we ended up sleeping sideways on the bed. For that reason I would stay at another unit at the property. We will definitely return to the property.

The Mainsail Inn was a perfect spot. The unit was absolutely immaculate. It had everything needed to make for a wonderful vacation. Matthew and Rhonda was always available for questions.

Quick getaway

We stayed in Unit 4 for a 4 night stay. What a perfect location. Our room looked right at the gulf with windows all around the main living area. Very quiet at night. Chairs easily available to take to the beach. I loved waking up and going right out for a walk on the beach. Our condo was clean and comfortable. Every kitchen item we needed was there. Easy to come back to the room for lunch. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife & I have been coming to Mainsail for many years and it never disappoints. We love how well maintained the condos are and the close proximity to the ocean . We have tried a few other places but they just don’t measure up to Mainsail .

Great Location!

Our 1st trip to Anna Maria. Location of the property A++. The ease of making the reservation was easy. The amenities were as advertised - pool/ common areas/the unit/ beach. The local area, within a 15 minute drive, had plenty of good restuarants. Publix is 5 minutes away. Very mellow vibe - not a party/ bar scene. One complaint - bicycles are not allowed on the beach!
Great Place and Staff!

We had a great time, and the place had a great location. The management team was top notch and made our vacation worry free. If i had to pick on something is the wearing of the chairs in the dining room and kitchen island, they need to be updated. The only thing i would have liked is smart tv's so you can cast or stream for your personal accounts for the rainy nights. This will not stop me from coming back just suggestions for an even better experience.

With the beach steps away and a pool out the side door, my grandkids were in heaven. Lots to do and see in the area. Rented a golf cart to explore, went fishing and took the boat to Edgmont State Park. Gorgeous. Rhoda and John at the Mainsail we’re so helpful and nice. Only frustrating issue.....Anna Maria was so busy/crowded 2-3 hour waits for dinner. No reservations ...it’s first come first serve. It was vacation week, so not sure what crowds are like otherwise.

Mainsail was such a great place to stay in AMI. The condos are literally right on the beach and are appointed so well. All 3 bedrooms felt really private and had their own bathrooms and everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will be booking again!

I was moved to this property when Mello was not completed due to Ian. We had the most amazing experience. We’ve already booked for next year. Needs a little updated but very clean and well kept. Mathew and Rhoda on property were so nice and hospitable. Judy and her team (Jackie) from sales were patient and continue to be helpful.

The Mainsail Inn was perfect for our family vacation. I almost didn’t want to write a review so we could keep this place a secret! It was in a great location, very clean, and had a great staff who helped with anything you might need. 5 stars all the way.

Beautifully, well -appointed unit. Dining table and kitchen countertops were a little worn, but overall it was a lovely place to spend a week with our family. Parking was an issue but we managed.

This is our 5th stay at this location. Each time we stay in either unit 4 or 7. Both need cosmetic updates badly! The marble counters need beffing and sealing-the pain on the cabinets all needs refinishing and the dining tables are horrendous- sticky and damaged. There is black mold in unit 4 in all of the bathrooms and seeping into one of the bedroom walls. The floors also need refinishing badly. It is a shame because we love it here- but every stay we arrive hoping things are fixed and they are not!

This vacation rental was amazing! The property manager Beverly and her helper Manny were so helpful and friendly. The rental was great, though a little beat up, but SO CLEAN and had some really beautiful touches. The view...I cannot even begin to describe how amazing the view was through 3 sliding glass doors and how even with the windows closed, the waves crashing against the sand was so soothing. This place will be our go-to from now on for beach stays!

Overall, very good. I was disappointed that the chairlift for the pool was not able to be used, the 2 batteries were not charged and when the charging was finished, they were dead. We were there for 8 nights, went to use the pool our 2nd day there, but they were unable to get replacement batteries during my stay. That equipment is directly related to the quality of my water experience.
You would be nowhere without Mary and Manny!!!!

Very nice day. It was made nice because of Manny and Mary. You have rock stars with them and I really hope you pay them accordingly during this unprecedented time of shorts staffs everywhere. They are amazing.

You do need pest control in the unit we stayed in... We had a lot of roaches and caterpillars and other creatures!

Mainsail was the best beach vacation yet. Beautiful ocean view and gorgeous sunsets. Restaurants were delish and our accommodations were the best we’ve ever had. Beach, pool, beach, pool, dinner and sunsets. What more could we ask for. Three families plus one. Terrific! We’ll be back.

It could not have been better. Mary and Manny were terrific. Unit 4 is spacious, well appointed and furnished and the beach and gulf view is spectacular. The beach is one of the best in Florida.

The location is wonderful and it's an easy condo to access via parking, etc., but the interiors are tired and the price is high. Those two things need to be in alignment.

spectacular view and helpful staff

our experience was overall spectacular. the view is breathtaking. the staff is very friendly and helpful. we did have a few issues, our dryer did not work, the hot tub heater was broke, as well as tile around the pool with orange cones during our entire stay. the balconies are so narrow you can not pass by chairs. but these things did not take away from our overall visit and I would stay here again.

We have stayed here for the past 4 years. We love mainsail but did notice that it could use some updating. Both the dishwasher and washing machine in room 4 need to be replaced. I noticed a lot of wear and tear this year. If we come back next year I would want to know that some updates have been made.

We we looking forward to a nice relaxing stay at the Beach; but the truth was that apart from a nice appartment we droge all the way from the keys to find a disgusting Beach full of Thousands of dead fish due to red tide. Nog able to swim, not even sit on the Beach because of the smell. The management Onee this situation, but did not inform us, so we spoiled a huge lot of money and time. Extremely disappointed.very bad service, not caring at all.
