  • My husband and I had been misplaced from our home on AMI from Hurricane Helene. During the restoration process, we stayed at the Mainsail for a few weeks. Our unit was spacious, very clean, Gulf front and full of beautiful sunsets every evening. Matthew, the property manager, went out of his way every day to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I can't say enough good things about Matthew and his staff!! The property was in great shape and any signs of hurricane damage had been fully repaired. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a relaxing vacation with outstanding service and Gulf views!!!

  • Mainsail is such a wonderful place to rent for vacation. The location is excellent. The accommodations are so clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and wanted, even Tennis Channel!! We are already thinking of booking our next year’s vacation there again! We absolutely loved it!

  • The view from the room balconies was terrible...overlooks a motel roof with 4 air conditioning units on top of it. The noise was so bad from the 4 A/C units that we could not enjoy a conversation with our morning coffee and evening wine. Would not recommend this unit or any on the south side for these reasons. Management only told us when we called to inquire that the room had a great view of the mention of the roof view or the noise. They would not provide any compensation.
