  • We really liked the condo and it’s location was fabulous! I would love to go back one day. The only negative is the grout behind the sink in the master bathroom needs to be re-done. I had to avert my eyes so I did not look at it when I washed my hands as it was unsightly.

  • we had two rooms. One room on first floor on island side. It was great for convenience, however with rain we had over an inch of water in from of our door so it was not good to walk in or out of the unit. the second unit was on second floor of main building and was great. Mary and Manny were awesome and the overall convenience to the beach was outstanding.

  • Great experience on beautiful AMI for our family of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). The view is unbeatable in unit 8 with windows on all sides and ocean breezes flowing in. The accommodations were perfect for us, the pool and hot tub were warm on a chilly week. Beach toys and other recreational things were provided. Location is perfect. Minor interior things could be addressed- chair cushions on dining table were very warn and flaking, master bed rail was broken, master sliding door screen was off track and we could not repair. again, minor things, front staff were extremely attentive and responsive to any needs. Great place and we would stay again!
