  • We had an awesome 4 days at Mainsail, loved the décor it was just beautiful!! The staff were very pleasant and I got some great restaurant recommendations from Dana at the main desk!!The beach staff very attentive and great service, cold water with fruit served on the beach, a lovely touch. Chairs and umbrellas included which were a must given the heat. Beds great for sleeping!! Quiet property. They had coffee supplies ready for you on arrival, cookies from the local bakery and a handwritten note!!Very quieting the building for sleeping. My only negative is that the furniture needed cleaning, the2 lovely occasional chairs were very dirty and the sofa had stains on it and was needing a cleaning. I was a little surprised that a picture in the hallway fell off the wall at sometime and was just put behind a bench and was never replaced the 4 days we were at mainsail. The patio door was also not fixed it remained on its side on the side patio.The sunsets were absolutely amazing

  • Mainsail was the best beach vacation yet. Beautiful ocean view and gorgeous sunsets. Restaurants were delish and our accommodations were the best we’ve ever had. Beach, pool, beach, pool, dinner and sunsets. What more could we ask for. Three families plus one. Terrific! We’ll be back.

  • our unit, #12 was a big unit and our party of 6 had plenty of space. the beach was very nice as well. the staff- Rhoda and Mark could not have been more friendly and accommodating. we had a very nice stay.

  • Beautiful view, nice staff. For large unit, there was not enough silverware or dishes. The rug at door was missing backing and part of backing was stuck to floor. Would be nice to have basket or something to put shoes in as so many owner's closets were locked. Towels were very stiff for bath towels. Cushions on deck were ripped in places. Could have used throw pillows or throw on couches. surprised at group parties at pool, wasn't expecting that.
