  • Our 1st trip to Anna Maria. Location of the property A++. The ease of making the reservation was easy. The amenities were as advertised - pool/ common areas/the unit/ beach. The local area, within a 15 minute drive, had plenty of good restuarants. Publix is 5 minutes away. Very mellow vibe - not a party/ bar scene. One complaint - bicycles are not allowed on the beach!

  • We had a wonderful time at AMI staying with Mainsail. Mary and rest of the staff was very helpful and the entire process of checking-in and checking-out was very smooth. We will definitely go back again. My only advice is to maybe upgrade the bikes but it is just a suggestion. Overall amenities were very good.
