  • Just returned from our second trip to Mainsail. It really is a special place. We stayed in Unit 7 this time having stayed in Unit 8 last time. Both are top floor beach front with beautiful views. Accommodations are extremely clean and equipped with everything you could need. The setting right on the beach is just wonderful and the sunsets are incredible. Staff very friendly. Great easy check in / out system,loved the digital code instead of a key. Lots of great places to eat near by, Slims Place & Pizza Social we’re favs. This place has it all. Anna Maria Island is a very beautiful quiet place we would highly recommend. Will definitely be back.

  • This was a family reunion, we came from different states and this was the first time coming to AMI. Mainsail made our trip absolutely perfect. They were attentive, accommodating and always there to offer any assistance that we needed. The beach crew was 100% as well as Dana at the front desk. We will definitely be coming back!

  • We had the joy of spending the week of Christmas in the amazing unit. The moment you walk in, you are greeted by beautiful, unobstructed views of the beach. This unit was the perfect size to accommodate our family of six. Waking up to views of the water from the king suite took away our winter blues. The kids slept comfortably in the twin suite, while the queen suite was just right for two. We appreciated having soaps, coffee, and beach towels provided. We were so happy to have a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit too. Our absolute favorite thing was having coffee and cocktails on the balcony. We look forward to staying here again!

  • We had a great vacation at Mainsail. The place looked exactly like the pictures online. It was so clean inside the condo and outside. We asked a couple of questions and the manager was immediately responsive and so friendly. I would definitely recommend this property. We had an elevator inside the unit which was perfect for one of our guests. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. We had umbrellas, chairs and the pool was very nice. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. We rented a golf cart and were able to go all over the island. The Waterfront restaurant had excellent food and was 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay there again.
