  • Wife and I live about 2 hours away and were looking for a weekend getaway. We love this beach and this rental was the cleanest we have been in. The staff was wonderful as well! John is the best and will do anything to ensure your comfort. Will definately be returning!

  • Beautiful experience and place on the white sand of Holmes Beach. Matt, Rhoda and John were very welcoming hosts who wanted to do all they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

  • On April 10th I was assigned to visit Mainsail properties on Ana Maria Island. The host property was the Mainsail Beach Inn located directly on Holmes Beach. It’s an exquisite property of 12 condominium units with 2-3 bedrooms. I was impressed by the well-maintained structure as well as the pool area and surrounding grounds. I also toured Waterline which is a Mainsail Property on the water but not beach front. This too was impressive, and my one comment would be adding potted palm trees and other tropical plant to enhance the resort ambience of the pool area.
