This two bedroom residence can accommodate 4 guests comfortably with a maximum total of 6 guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom.

Nice place. Our room could not see the ocean and it was sold as ocean front because I guess the building is ocean front. Overall very nice.

Overall we really loved our stay. The condo was really clean with a great location. Matt was always around for help when needed and we felt very secure. Really the only complaint was the TV is small and older (not a smart tv) and we typically enjoy movies, Neflix etc in the evenings which we werent able to do.

We were lucky to be able to rent 7 condos for my daughter's wedding over the thanksgiving holiday. So much fun for so many family members relax on the beach and to gather around the pool area each day and evening.

The soft, white sandy beach is just steps from your unit’s door at Mainsail Beach Inn. The gulf waters are the closest to the Caribbean waters you can find. Everything is easy and convenient and relaxing here. Matt is always available for any questions we have and Mainsail is very fortunate to have such a dedicated manager. It was an enjoyable stay!

We saw this property about a month before while dining at the bistro across the street. We came back the next day to view the ocean front condos. Went ahead and booked for last weekend (06/17/22)with the understanding we had a beachfront main floor unit. Unfortunately we did not get what we thought we booked. We were on the side of the building with a view of electrical transformers and fence. The couple we had invited were also disappointed to find two single beds that we had to move together in the second bedroom. Thought it was another queen size. Had I have known about the accommodations I would’ve never spent $2000 for a two evening stay. Very disappointed but can only blame myself for assuming we had booked a Beach front unit we viewed during our first visit. In my defense, I didn’t know there was anything but beachfront units in the building.

Wonderful stay at mainsail. Great accommodations and perfect location on quiet beach with crystal clear water and soft sand. Easy to walk to other parts of island. Manny was very helpful and management company was responsive. The unit was spotless and comfortable.
Only one improvement would be to have extra linens easily available to guests!

Room was great! Wish I would have booked earlier and got a room with a gulf view but our room was on first floor and very convenient to beach and pool. Was very clean and updated. Would definitely go back!

This vacation rental was clean modern and they thought of everything we might need! I beach access in the pool and hot tub are awesome loved the outdoor shower and areas to rinse off our feet were so convenient! Could not of asked for a better experience!

We had an overall great vacation experience. About two hours before check-in I received a call that the air conditioner had went out in the unit I had rented and they would need to re-arrange our stay a little. They made accommodations for us at Waterline Marina Resort and the resort was fabulous, however, it was not directly on the beach but we were assured an available unit at Mainsail the following day, so we were just displaced one night. The only drawback was that the original unit I had rented was ocean view (I love to sit on balcony and look at ocean), but the first floor unit we ended up with was not. Ending up on the first floor didn't hamper our stay. We were just a few short steps from our unit to the sand. Would definitely stay again!!

I would go back and stay at Mainsail!! It was clean, updated and very nice! The only drawback was the pool size. The staff was friendly and helpful! Great place to stay- highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and decorated so nicely. The location was awesome, we were steps from the beach or a pool, and right in the middle of the island. The staff was super friendly and all items promised as included were readily available. We will definitely use and recommend Mainsail in the future.

We arrived and instantly felt relaxed! The staff was so incredible; they went the extra mile! Having lounge chairs, SUPs and bikes available added to our experience. We would go back in a heartbeat!!

MainSail Beach Inn was a 2 family vacation that had been planned for 8 months. One family with 4 children ages 8-16 arrived to Unit 12 overlooking the pool and was amazed at how nice #12 was. The mom was in tears because everything her family would want was there. A beautiful, spacious condo with a big balcony that had partial view of the gulf, 3bd, 3ba, with W/D, and furnished kitchen. Beach toys for the kids, beach chairs and umbrellas, bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. Less than 100 yds to the beach.
Unit 3 is a 2bd 2 1/2 ba ground floor with patio 100 feet to the beach, 50ft to the pool.
Essential items like soap, coffee, beach towels and the ability to order groceries delivered to your condo from Publix means you can kick off your shoes and be at the waters edge 5min after unlocking your door!
MainSail Beach Inn is one of the very few that has a little bit of flexibility in reserving rooms. Most are Saturday to Saturday, 7 days only.
Anna Maria has no chain stores and allows no alcohol on the beach. Parking is also limited and makes this island seem much more laid back.
Downsides are traffic can be heavy especially weekends.
Unit 12 is an obstructed view. (but our opinion still great with all the other amenities)
Dinner times, be flexible. Before 5 or after 7:30 pm.
Another plus...Mary was very kind and responded quickly to emails or questions.

We visited MainSail and AMI for the first time in October of 2019. We loved it so much that we planned a return trip for spring of 2020. Unfortunately, there were no openings at MainSail when we booked, so we planned a stay at a nearby resort. Due to COVID, our spring trip was postponed to fall 2020. Upon our arrival to the other resort, we were very disappointed in our accommodations. We stayed one night and called MainSail in the morning. We were able to reserve a fabulous ground floor room and were even able to check in a little early since we were already on the island. MainSail staff were warm, understanding, and accommodating and the rooms just feel like “home”. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax with all of the amenities. If we visit AMI in the future, we would never stay anywhere else! ��

Absolutely amazing, the staff is unbelievable. Really they go out of their way make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious comfortable almost like your own place. The beach is unbelievable close to everything that you want to go to restaurant shopping but it’s a Tuckaway hideaway.

Stayed at the Mainsail for a girl's retirement celebration! The unit was beautiful...perfectly decorated, a great space and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Right next to a top rated restaurant, a heated pool and hot tub.
Lindsey was phenomonal helping us plan and prepare for our stay during a pre-visit and even though she was off during our visit left us personalized welcome notes and a follow-up email. Bill, the beach attendant on our 1st day was beyond wonderful! He brought us infused water each time we stepped on the beach, checked on our comfort multiple times and shared very helpful information and wanted to be sure we had all we needed. The staff was very helpful. We will be back! Loved it! We checked out Waterline Marina Resort for dinner and our free cocktail. It had a firepit we enjoyed due to the cold front. PERFECT!
My only suggestions would be softer towels and sheets and all beach attendants trained like Bill! Bill spoiled us and we really missed him on day 2. Lastly, clean the porch and outdoor porch areas like the inside. Thank you for the stay!

It was one of the most comfortable stays in all the places we have experienced. I just loved our accommodations, which was so tastefully decorated. It was clean, fresh and had everything we needed. Just the right size of the two of us, Unfortunately, the weather was cool, cloudy and windy, so having such a lovely place made being indoors much more pleasant. Keep up the great work.

Can’t wait to return to AMI. Beautiful beach. Mainsail beach inn was perfect location for our family. Although our unit (3a) did not have ocean view it was a short path to white sands. Beach chairs and umbrellas set up daily. Lunch and dinner from sister property Mainsail beach resort was delicious as well.

We’ve been vacationing in AMI for 10 years and may have found our new spot! Our unit was very updated and clean. No shortage of bathrooms or space. We didn’t have a view of the ocean, but it ended up not bothering us at all—we were very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Check in is through an app so you can arrive after hours if needed. Will get a 3-bedroom next year and introduce more of my family to this island. Thanks for the hospitality and we will be back!

We have stayed at Mainsail every summer since it was built!! We would not stay anywhere else! The location is wonderful... right on the beautiful beach! The staff is SO friendly and helpful. We LOVE IT HERE!❤️AMI is where I grew up and our family has reunioned here for the last 41 years straight.., it is the most scenic and nostalgic beach in the world!! For the first time in the many years I have stayed at the Mainsail, I encountered some cleaning and maintenance issues that should have been noticed before I got into the room. The air intake vents were dirty (one of the first things I look at in any property)—which made me wonder if the filters were being changed regularly. Also, our bathroom floor would fill with water by the toilet whenever we showered (not caused by a faulty shower curtain)—a leak was coming from somewhere. Also, the floors were not clean, as evidenced by the dirt/sand that clung to our bare feet when we first arrived.

We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor unit in March. The unit was clean and very well stocked. Having coffee provided was an excellent touch. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

I spent just two nights here with a friend. It was the perfect location -- we could step outside and walk just a few steps to the pristine white sand beach. The unit was extremely clean and well-stocked. My only complaint would be the early check-out time (10:00am); although Mainsail was kind enough to allow the two of us access to the beach, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas for the entire day of our checkout. We loved our stay and only wished it had been longer.
