The interior decor in your private Holmes Beach vacation rental is elegant, fresh and bright. These three bedroom, three bathroom townhouses are attractively adorned, with white walls, cool pastels, local artwork and polished pine floors with comfortable furniture. Escape to your private deck or balcony; some with views of the Gulf and the stunning Anna Maria Island sunsets.

A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, custom wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances will please chefs of all skill sets.

This three bedroom suite can accommodate 6 guests comfortably with a maximum total of 8 guests. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. This is also the only unit at Mainsail Beach Inn with an in-suite elevator.

Our stay was outstanding. The onsite manager was so helpful and accommodated our every request. The unit was so comfortable and we love its elevator for access to all levels. Love the change to the couch and chairs with new printed material. Dining table & chairs could use some TLC.

We had a great vacation at Mainsail. The place looked exactly like the pictures online. It was so clean inside the condo and outside. We asked a couple of questions and the manager was immediately responsive and so friendly. I would definitely recommend this property. We had an elevator inside the unit which was perfect for one of our guests. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. We had umbrellas, chairs and the pool was very nice. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. We rented a golf cart and were able to go all over the island. The Waterfront restaurant had excellent food and was 5 minutes away. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location For a Beach Getaway/Family Celebration

We were celebrating my wife's 60th birthday and wanted a place we could have the kids & family enjoy the festivities. The staff was outstanding and the unit was perfect for our weekend. Incidentally we stayed in the very same unit when it first opened and the kids remembered how special the place was. We look forward to visiting again in the future.

My family enjoyed an amazing time in Unit 11. The townhouse was extremely cozy, well stocked, and immaculately clean, while being nicely maintained. The friendly management, Matthew, John, and Rhoda, made us feel so welcome, and were always available for questions. The beach, pool, and hot tub were only steps away. We also found the balconies great areas to gather outdoors. We could not have stayed at a nicer resort!
Lovely Beach Townhome

This spacious townhome was perfect for my husband and me, our kids, and my parents. The location was great for walking to the beach as well as a private pool that wasn’t ever too crowded. We used the grill by the pool as well and having a washer and dryer was very convenient. I definitely recommend!

Overall the experience was fantastic and the staff was amazing. We are already booked for next year!
With that being said, from a critical lense, the facility is aging and showing small signs of wear and tear from carpeting, to wall paint, rotting or rotted trim work, and mold/dirty bathroom grout etc.

Amazing location and perfect Townhouse

The property is clean and the location is great! The cabinets are a bit worn in the kitchen - but we were there for the beach and relaxation - so we didn't mind. The beds were really comfortable and the townhouse was very clean. The staff at the office were helpful and very accommodating! We needed a few additional coffee mugs and an extra parting space for our golf cart for a night and it was no problem at all. I would definitely go back to Mainsail !
Amazing location

This property is in an amazing location. It is steps from the beach. Mathew at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. The beach was absolutely gorgeous. They give you access to paddle boards and kayaks but dragging them to the water will give you a workout and you have to wait for the staff to unlock them. The furniture inside the condo needs some work or to be replaced. The property was clean but there are definitely upgrades needed for the furnishings. Our family definitely wants to come back but we will look for a different condo to rent, likely one that is directly beach front. The road noise was more prominent in this location. I will also say that the pool area needs some work as well. If you want location and don't want to spend the extra for beach front, this is a great choice.

Mulit family spring break

We have stayed at the Mainsail many times throughout the years (in all different units) and have always loved it! This time, we were staying with another family for their daughters' spring break week, so we rented Unit 11, the 3BR town house. We had previously (3 yrs ago)stayed in the other 3 BR townhouse on the opposite side of the building and really liked the lay out. The lay out of Unit 11 was perfect for you group of 6. The amenities were very nice and of course, the proximity to the beach is wonderful. The downside of this stay was the overall condition of the unit, almost every painted surface, particularly all of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets (including the built in nightstands) was chipped and peeling. The deck, with a lovely view, was very dirty and the paint was also peeling out there. The furniture, especially the couch was visibly dirty. These are easy fixes, I am not sure why this has not been addressed. This is an overall lovely unit, but I would not spend the money on it again unless these issues are fixed. The Mainsail is in an excellent location on the island and we enjoyed riding bikes to many local restaurants and shops. Our favorites were Harry's Bar and Grill, Hurricane Hanks and Minnie's for breakfast.
A perfect vacation on Holmes Beach

Unit 11 is upscale, spacious and comfortable. It was well equipped and a lovely place to entertain guests for drinks, dinner and a walk to the beach for sunset. We appreciated Bev and Manny who provided top notch property management services, addressing our every need promptly and with a smile. The inn is well located, a short drive to stores and restaurants. The view of the beach and sunsets from our unit were great, even across a few parking lots! A perfect landing spot for beach lovers. Holmes Beach is a truly special place!
Surprise Vacation For My Wife and Family

We’ve read a lot about Anna Maria Island and knew we needed to explore it. The island didn’t disappoint! Great sunsets, bike riding, meals and close enough to do day trips. The Mailsail property is in a great location and really nice beach access and sports activities as complimentary. The only miss we found was items in the kitchen, e.g. spices and cleaning supplies.
The Little Things

We had a great time and just want to point out a few things so that future renters are aware; only 1 parking spot allowed. Must pay $10 a day to park down the road, all of the cabinets have paint coming off and water damage, tub did not drain, dumpster smells terrible and must pass by it to go to the beach each day, dishwasher is inserted so that you can not open the door due to the fridge being in the way, chairs and couch need to be cleaned. We own rental properties and would want renters to make us aware of these little things. Overall it is clean, and a great location.
Great unit but beware of construction

We had a great time at our short visit. The unit is really nice with tons of space for our family of 6. The kitchen had the necessary items, and the attached bathrooms for each bedroom were a great bonus. The facility was well maintained, and the location to the beach is awesome. We enjoyed the use of the chairs and umbrellas as well as the pool.

Beware though of the construction right next to the building. There is a new building under construction and the workers start at 7am with loud power tools. Good luck sleeping in and enjoying your vacation with this. The management group NEVER mentioned this on their site or when we booked. Extremely disappointing.

Also, on check out morning, I had a manager come to our unit BEFORE the 10am check out and asked when we were leaving. Not very professional. I have the unit till 10, so you need to wait till then.
Great Place & Location....though starting to be a bit worn

Overall a great place, awesome location, and steps to beach! Staff is great! Our 2nd time staying here in 4 years. We miss the cabana beach service guy that was there the last time. Unit was a bit weathered as couch appeared dirty, countertops are roughed up, and furniture is generally worn. Painting of this unit was sloppy and different colors. It was clean, but didn't quite feel like it etc.
Great vacay at MainSail

Decided to try Mainsail after my last house rental which was less than perfect in April. We had Unit 11 and loved everything about it. They have thought of every single detail you need. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with an elevator. Steps from the beach. New bikes were added this week and we even used the kayak. Thanks so much; we will definitely be back.

Loved this location. Perfect for 3 mother’s and our adult daughters getaway! Beach literally across the short parking lot. Beach chairs available daily free. Umbrellas too although we weren’t too good at putting them up. The unit was beautiful. Had everything you needed. Balconies on two levels with ocean view. Only issue was a few clothes were left in one of the dressers. Called day after checkout and no one could find them. But, would stay here again in a heartbeat

We spent seven days at this residence. Everything about the place was top notch! Extremely clean and the staff were very helpful. Being just steps from the beach made it possible to run inside for lunch or a break from the quick rain shower and come right back out. Could not have been happier with our experience!
Beautiful condo with great ocean views from the two decks.

The property was clean and well maintained, 2 king suites and a double twin were perfect for us. Plenty of baths and a well-appointed kitchen. There are beach loungers available, as well as an umbrella, we didn't use the kayaks but they were available. We did enjoy the pool which was right outside our door. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby plus a new fine dining restaurant on the beach near the condo. We will definitely go back to this property.

The townhome is nearly beachfront (just 15-20 steps away) and the views from the decks & windows are lovely. We appreciated the easy access to beach lounge chairs, bikes & kayaks.
The townhome worked perfectly for 6 ladies on a girls trip. Having a bathroom off each bedroom was great & the kitchen / dining / living room layout worked well
too.
We didn’t have any issues with our stay & would highly recommend this property!

Had a great time at Mainsail Inn. Property was very cute and clean, had everything we needed. The only complaint which was minor was some of the furniture has paint chipping/peeling and also the upstairs balcony had water by the door that did not dry in the 3 days we were there. Overall it was great and I would stay again.

Great spot in Anna Maria Island! The townhouse had a beautiful view of the sunset and great location on the island. The townhouse was very clean, had all the essentials we needed too! There were bikes we used and the staff were quick to assist with letting us borrow them. Leading up to the trip the staff were quick to respond with all my questions. Great place to stay! Definitely recommend.

Beautiful Property on a Beautiful Beach!

We stayed at Mainsail the week of Memorial Day, and had a phenomenal time. We have been going to AMI for about 6 years and typically stay in a condo, but because of the ban on vacation rentals, could not confidently secure it at the time of booking- this ended up being a blessing in disguise because we discovered Mainsail and will absolutely be back to this beautiful property!!
We stayed in Unit 11 which is one of the 3 bedroom units, and it was gorgeous. We had 3 adults and 3 kids (11, 7 and 4 years old) and this was the perfect set up. The pool area is fantastic and the grill and counter space make it very easy to make lunch or dinner poolside.
Mary and Lindsay who work in the office are AMAZING! The are the sweetest and kindest people and made our time there even better with their graciousness. I'm sorry that I forget the gentleman's name that was there for maintenance, but he was very nice and attentive as well when we had a small issue in the unit that needed a quick fix.
I highly recommend a stay at the Mainsail...you will not be disappointed!

Unit 11 was perfect! Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, views were perfect. Sunsets from the top balcony were incredible. Staff were very accommodating and always nice. We loved having bikes to ride and paddle boards to use too! We will be back!
Great Mother's day weekend stay!

Such a wonderful property and great location. The staff was awesome to deal with and all went above and beyond to make it a wonderful weekend celebration. The beaches are the best and the location is so convenient. Just a few steps to the beach and ocean and just a few steps to various restaurants. All the amenities were wonderful. The free use of the paddle boards and kayaks along with bikes really make it a little extra special. We will be back for sure again and again! thanks you all for a great stay and wonderful memories!

We loved our accommodations!!! Perfect for us.. spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed We were steps away from the beach and enjoyed the soft white sand and blue clear ocean. The staff was very hospitable and helpful. We will definitely return next year.

We rented one of the three bedroom units behind the pool. Even though it was not oceanfront we don't feel like we missed out at all! The unit was clean, modern and fit our needs perfectly. There were nice, big beach towels waiting for us, some treats on arrival and lists for everything we would need. The property management team was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The property was very well maintained and the paths to the beach were easy to find and follow (1 min walk from our unit). We used the beach toys they had on site every day, which saved us from having to buy some too. We can't wait to come back!

Long weekend at my favorite Island

Mainsail is my favorite place to stay on the island. I loved the new changes to the resort... beach attendants, free paddle board and kayak, and shower amenities.
I understand the resort is under renovations. I believe this should be explained to guests prior to arrival. I would hate for guests to be disappointed with their experience. There are newly renovated resorts in close proximity to Mainsail. Pool and hot tub are in working order. Rooms are fabulous. Rates are less . Please share your updates with interested parties...I did recommend this resort to a friend, they were disappointed. Pricing did not match expected property condition. I wish you continued success.

We loved our stay at the Mainsail! We were celebrating my father's 60th birthday and they even surprised us with a bottle of wine! The townhome was right on the beach and was exactly as described - very clean, had all of the amenities you may need. We even used the bikes and paddleboards during the weekend. We would definitely recommend Mainsail.

Some problems with the condition of the property upon check-in, however, management took care of the problems immediately. The view from the third floor balcony of the townhouse was perfection!

This was our second year here, and our first in the townhouse arrangement.
The unit did meet our family’s overall needs. The beach is wonderful especially with the help of the cabana man who was extremely attentive and kind. The location is perfect. Mostly,we felt very safe and welcome. We will most likely return.

Looking for a vacation spot for 6 girlfriends and we found it at Mainsail. The accommodations were more than perfect for the 6 of us. Comfortable beds, great decor, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchen, wonderful view and there were even robes in the closets for each of us. Book this place!

Multigenerational family reunion called a large group to AMI n7d December and this venue was perfect to house them. Amenities for small children and elders alike, were perfect.

The 3 bedroom townhouse we stayed in was fantastic. Plenty of room for our young family, as well as special guests to stay with us. All the comforts of home, only a tad bit warmer. Would highly recommend it.

Our experience at Mainsail was unbeatable. The townhouse was immaculate and decorated so well. The mattresses in all 3 rooms were very comfortable. Everything was provided even umbrellas for the beach. The pool/hot tub were steps from our door. And the ocean was 50 steps away. The staff were kind and treated our children well. We will stay here again, no doubt.
