The home sleeps 9 comfortably and features a bunk room with full size beds and a trundle. The pool is heated with a 4 person spa/hot tub.

The primary suite features a king bed, oversized closet, a rain head shower with beautiful views of the pool and back dock. The second bedroom has a queen bed and dedicated work space. The third bedroom is a bunk room with full size beds on the top, bottom and twin size trundle! The kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances, dishes, cookware, and offers beautiful views of the water. Granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar allow ample seating for everyone.
Wireless internet is provided, as well as multiple workspace options throughout the house.

The location is perfect— access Palma Sola bay from the canal and then on to the Gulf of Mexico. This is a fishing and boating paradise. The floating dock makes launching kayaks, paddle boards, or jet skis a breeze. Bring your boat too, there are 3 public boat ramps within a few miles and there is plenty of room to store your water toys and your trailers!
