The Leeward House is oriented around one thing: the view. Perched above the Caribbean with an infinity edge pool that meets the horizon at the cliffside, this three-bedroom villa on Scrub Island is designed to pull you outside and keep you there.
The open layout moves easily from the gourmet kitchen with raised marble breakfast bar through the dining and living areas and out onto the main terrace, where the BVI unfolds in every direction. Three primary suites each offer a king bed, dedicated seating area, soaking tub, walk-in rain shower, and double vanities. A half bath, sleeper sofa, and in-unit washer and dryer accommodate up to eight guests across 3.5 bathrooms, with room for the whole group to spread out and unwind.
Your dedicated butler is on hand from arrival through departure, personally greeting your group, handling luggage, and taking care of every detail in between. Full provisioning, villa pick-up transportation, private island tours, and custom excursions across the BVI are all arranged on your behalf.
