Where Is It and How to Get There

Bradenton Beach is on the southern end of the island. It’s also the home of historic Bridge Street.

The original wooden bridge was once the only way to access the island from the mainland without using a boat. The bridge has been replaced with a popular fishing pier that leads onto the main street. 

Getting to Bridge Street from anywhere on Anna Maria Island is a breeze. If your Anna Maria condo rental is on Bradenton Beach, Bridge Street, and the pier is within walking or biking distance. You can also ride the Island Trolley for free. It stops at the start of Bridge Street close to the pier!
