Can you Drive to Islamorada?

You can certainly drive to Islamorada. You will need to follow the Florida Turnpike south to Exit 4 towards Key West. Once there, you will be connected to Route US 1, which will lead you directly through all of the Keys, including Islamorada. If you don’t want to drive yourself, you can opt for a shuttle service that can drive you instead.
